Resin Bound Surfacing Specialists Limited only use the highest quality of UV Stable Polyurethane Resin, supplied by the leading UK Resin manufacturers. 

We also reiterate to our clients how important it is to insist on the best quality Resin, anything else is really not fit for purpose, we can give examples of driveways that have failed due to poor quality resin with below industry standard installations. 

Maintenance 

We recommend to all our clients to have an annual maintenance and inspection of the driveway; we will provide a team of competent engineers who will inspect the drive and the edging and professionally clean the drive. We do clean drives that have been installed by other contractors but always discuss with the clients before any works are carried out the potential for any damage as we don’t know how well the drive has been installed or the integrity of the products used. 

Repairs 

We do provide a repair on other contractor’s installations, depending on how well the original install was carried out, we would also recommend you try and contact your original installation team, but if they are no longer in business, we are happy to provide a quote to repair. If we are in any way concerned and a repair is no longer possible, we will give you and honest assessment of the state of the driveaway and work with you to find a resolution. 

Restoration System 

We offer this system of repair if you have what is called in the industry a Blooming Driveway, this is where the driveway has failed and its foamed and has gone white. It is a chemical reaction between the resin and moisture.

Crack repair system 

This service is unique to Resin Bound and has been developed by Mark the director of the company over his many years of working in this field. 
 
If you have worked with us previously, we will have left you with a batch of stone so we can match the colour exactly (we have only ever had to repair a driveway which is out of its guarantee period), but if we are repairing a resin surface installed by another contactor and there is no batch stone left, we are going to do our very best to create the best possible colour and aggregate match, but cannot guarantee it will be perfect. Once we have repaired the crack, your driveway will last for years. It is important to contact us as soon as you see the crack appears.
